Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with financial acumen.
• Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources using large datasets.
• Fluent English communication across global teams.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the European Revenue Growth Management agenda across markets and align with Commercial, Marketing and Finance teams.
• Define and monitor annual pricing strategies by category and market, incl. list prices and price increase recommendations.
• Drive price realization by identifying pricing gaps and coordinating corrective actions with local teams.
• Develop pricing governance frameworks and GTN optimization initiatives across Europe.
• Coordinate European RGM projects with regional teams to ensure consistent execution.
