Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in FMCG, Commercial Finance, Pricing, Consulting, or RGM.
• Proven ownership of pricing, promotion, or trade investment decisions.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.

• Own Revenue Growth Management (RGM) governance across the cluster.
• Lead pricing index, competitiveness, and elasticity analysis.
• Develop value-based price selling stories and support stakeholder discussions.
