Clarins Group is seeking a CRM & Retail Project Manager Europe to lead European retail initiatives with a CRM focus. You will align with IT and regional teams to deploy omnichannel strategies and drive data-driven loyalty across Europe.

You will manage stakeholder expectations, oversee project delivery, and mentor local teams in CRM adoption and best practices, while ensuring GDPR compliance and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business or engineering
• 4+ years in retail, clienteling, and CRM project management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data concepts

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate about retail topics and priorities across Europe
• Lead CRM-driven retail projects and ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with IT and local/global teams to implement processes
• Monitor KPIs and ensure GDPR compliance for retail tools
