Job summary

Ampstek in Paris is seeking an experienced CRM delivery specialist for a hybrid role (3 days onsite). You should have 10+ years in CRM delivery/design, with automotive or multi-channel retail experience and multi-country rollouts.

You will lead stakeholder workshops, gather requirements, and shape data models and integrations across APIs and events. Proficiency in English is required; eligibility to work in France is assumed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CRM delivery/design (Customer 360, lead/opportunity management).
• 5+ years in automotive or multi-channel retail, preferably with OEM/dealer network experience.
• Experience in multi-country CRM rollouts with localization.
• Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of customer data models, master data, and API/event integrations.
• Agile delivery experience, fluent English, eligible to work in France, available from Nov 2026.
