Zusammenfassung

LUSH, Paris-based, is seeking a senior HR/People Partner to lead a Europe-wide team of People Leads. You will drive regional HR initiatives, partner with country managers, and manage multi-market projects across France, Germany, Italy and Spain.

You will guide change management, recruitment, training and communications with a focus on local compliance, employee development, and strong stakeholder relationships. A travel‑heavy role supports growth across markets.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of HR/People Partnering experience.
• Proven track record in line managing, coaching, and developing HR/People leads across international or multi-entity business models.
• Broad understanding of the European commercial landscape and regional dynamics.
• Solid working knowledge of French employment law; knowledge of other markets is a plus.
• Experience with Works Councils and Trade Unions across major European markets.

Aufgaben

• Directly line manage and empower the People Leads across European entities.
• Collaborate with regional leaders on change management, projects, organisational design, recruitment, training and communications.
• Provide tactical guidance on capability, skills, and performance across business areas.
• Align staff experience standards in recruitment, onboarding, pay and development regionally.
• Deliver organisational development projects and monitor effectiveness across markets.
