Job summary

Lush in Paris is seeking a Regional People Partner to lead people initiatives across Europe Major Markets. You will work with regional leaders, country managers, and business partners to drive change and align people strategy with commercial goals.

You will directly line-manage People Leads, guide transformation projects, and navigate local employment laws across France, Germany, and beyond. The role requires travel across Europe and a main location in Paris, with an emphasis on collaboration

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years HR/People Partnering experience.
• Experience in line managing People Leads across international markets.
• Strong knowledge of European employment law and local regulations.
• Fluent English; other European languages preferred.
• Commercial mindset with regional market data understanding.

Responsibilities

• Directly line manage and empower the People Leads across European entities.
• Collaborate with leaders on change management, projects, organisational design, recruitment, training and communications.
• Provide guidance on capability, skills, and performance across regions.
• Align staff experience standards across recruitment, onboarding, pay and development while respecting local nuances.
• Lead organisational development projects and drive regional alignment and compliance.
