Electra is building Europe’s largest fast-charging network and seeks a Senior People Business Partner in Paris to lead cross-market People initiatives. You’ll span People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and leadership teams to drive growth while balancing local compliance and global scale.

You’ll bring French expertise to an international team, partnering with leaders and managers across BeNeLux, France, and other markets. Hybrid work with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience as an HRBP or People Business Partner in a fast-growing, international environment.
• Successfully embedding company-wide People initiatives that transform an organisation.
• Navigating and learning different legal and cultural contexts.
• Using data to prioritise work, diagnose issues and measure impact.

• Influence and drive engaged, high-performing teams and a clear strategy.
