CSC is seeking a Junior Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team in Paris. This role offers early responsibility with direct client exposure in corporate law. Ideal candidates should possess a Master’s in law and have fluency in both English and French.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in a law firm, in-house, or professional services environment.
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and work in a multicultural environment.
• Comfortable interacting directly with clients and building long-term relationships.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal support on French corporate law matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents.
• Act as a point of contact for clients to deliver legal solutions.
