Roundtable in Paris is seeking a Legal Counsel to join a lean, high-performing team across Europe, focusing on corporate, tax and regulatory matters as the company scales. You will work at the intersection of law, product and business, guiding structuring of co-investment vehicles, regulatory compliance, and interactions with top investors and law firms, while growing with the team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law from a European university.
• 4+ years of professional experience in a top-tier law firm, leading institution, or similarly demanding legal environment.
• Strong expertise in Corporate, Tax or Regulatory law.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with non-legal colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate, tax and regulatory legal guidance across Europe.
• Work with product, sales and operations to define, automate and improve legal processes.
• Interact with top Venture Capital and Private Equity firms, family offices and law firms.
• Grow with Roundtable’s legal team and maintain high legal standards as the company scales.
