Job summary

CHANEL is offering a 6-month internship in Paris starting January 2027 within the Europe Learning & Development team. You will report to the Learning Programme Manager and collaborate with regional P&O teams, European learning divisions, and cross-functional groups on training priorities.

Responsibilities include operational follow-up of mandatory training, measuring reporting, and improving training compliance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is mandatory for daily work.
• First experience in project management or training, including internships, is expected.
• Master’s level education (Bac+4/5) or equivalent; gap year students may apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational follow-up of mandatory training programs across Europe with reliable reporting.
• Strengthen training compliance by coordinating with People Solutions teams.
• Contribute to design of high-impact learning projects through research and content prep.
• Facilitate project meetings and animate learning communities across markets.
• Progressively own specific projects with structured, efficient execution for European teams.
