AKIEM is seeking an Infrastructure & Support Manager to lead IT infrastructure operations and end-user support across multiple European locations. Reporting to the Group IT Director, you will drive reliability and performance of services, oversee distributed teams and external providers, and standardize practices across the organization.

The role combines leadership with hands-on execution, focusing on governance, continuous improvement and user experience across Europe.

Qualifications

• Infrastructure/operations experience of 8+ years.
• International, multi-site environment experience favored.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate IT infrastructure and support teams across Europe.
• Ensure availability, reliability and performance of core IT services.
• Oversee daily incident management, escalations and follow-ups.
• Drive continuous improvement to raise service quality and user satisfaction.
• Harmonize processes, roles and practices across countries.
• Coordinate external providers and monitor performance.
• Support deployment and projects with local and central teams.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity to align with standards.
