Job summary

papernest is seeking a Chief Operations Officer to lead the Operations Business Unit across France, Spain, and Italy. You will own P&L, direct multi-country sites, and manage internal teams and external BPO partners to achieve operational excellence and profitable growth.

You will report to the Executive Committee and partner with the founders to drive the company’s scaling strategy. The role requires 10+ years of leadership experience, strong execution, and fluency in English with

• 10+ years of professional experience in senior operations or executive roles.
• Proven track record of leading large, multi-country teams.
• Experience scaling operations and managing P&L.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Operations Business Unit across France, Spain, and Italy.
• Report to the Executive Committee and be accountable for performance and financial results.
• Define Operations P&L strategy and drive its execution to hit targets.
• Build and execute the project roadmap and foster continuous innovation.
• Ensure collaboration across departments and other Business Units.
