papernest is seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer to lead and unify the Operations Business Unit across France, Spain, and Italy. You will partner with the founders and the Executive Committee to drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and scalable processes in a fast-growing European scale‑up.

You will oversee regional operations, customer experience, site direction, and data operations while shaping the roadmap and talent strategy.

Qualifications

• A strong track record of managing and scaling multi-country operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing P&L.
• Proven ability to partner with founders and senior executives to drive growth.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the Operations Business Unit across France, Spain, and Italy.
• Report to the Executive Committee and own operational performance and financial results.
• Define Operations P&L strategy and drive its execution to reach targets.
• Build and execute the project roadmap and foster continuous innovation.
• Ensure collaboration across departments and business units to achieve goals.
• Manage multi-country managerial line and cross-functional communication.
