Papernest is seeking a pragmatic Chief Operations Officer to join the Executive Committee and steer the Operations Business Unit across France, Spain, and Italy. You will own P&L and drive operational excellence across sites and BPO partners.

You will build the roadmap, enable sales transformation, align Strategy, Product, and Tech, and lead a multi-country managerial line. Fluency in English required; French/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in operations leadership.
• Proven track record of managing, scaling, and unifying multi-country operations.
• Strong analytical rigor and business judgment with a concrete execution focus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Operations BU across France, Spain, and Italy.
• Report to the Executive Committee and own operational performance and financial results.
• Define Operations P&L strategy and drive execution to meet targets.
• Build and execute the project roadmap for scalable growth.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration across departments and BUs.
• Lead and unite a multi-country managerial team.
