Freedom Digital Bank France is seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Operating Officer to establish, lead and scale operations as part of the founding executive team. • 10+ years of operations leadership in digital banking or regulated financial services.
• Experience as COO or Head of Operations or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of French and EU banking regulations and supervisory expectations.
• Proven ability to scale regulated operations and implement digital onboarding/automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the operating model for Freedom Digital Bank France.
• Lead cross-functional teams across operations, risk, technology and product.
• Drive process automation, service quality and customer experience.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and support banking authorisation processes.
• Establish governance, controls, oversight of outsourcing and incident management.
