A leading electric mobility company is seeking a Central Operations Manager to drive growth in Europe. The candidate will oversee operations across Logistics, Customer Support, and E-Bike Refurbishment, ensuring efficiency and quality. Required qualifications include a strong academic background, 3-6 years of relevant experience, and fluency in English. This position is based in Paris with regular travel to UpCenters in Europe. Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in Operations, Finance, Strategy Consulting or equivalent.
• Comfort with working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Readiness to work on-site and travel across Europe.

Responsabilités

• Own key parts of Upway Operations value chain, including Logistics, Customer Support, Shop Floor Operations, and E-Bike Refurbishment.
• Make Operations more cost efficient and ensure high Quality standards.
• Collaborate with Local Operations and Tech & Product Teams to improve operations.
