Upway, the leading marketplace for certified refurbished e-bikes, is hiring a New Services Manager to lead the Equip vertical globally from Paris. You will own P&L, define strategy, and collaborate with Product, Tech, Operations and Marketing to tailor solutions for markets across Europe and beyond.

This role requires a strong engineering/finance/business background, 2–4 years in operations or strategy, fluent English, and a customer‑centric mindset.

• 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Finance, Strategy Consulting or equivalent.
• Fluency in English; French is not required.

Upway is the leading marketplace for certified refurbished e-bikes, operating across Europe and the US. We buy, refurbish, and resell e-bikes with a rigorous technical process, making sustainable mobility more accessible while delivering a seamless, reliable customer experience.

Compensation: €50,000 - €70,000 / year

Upway is hiring a New Services Manager to lead one of our new business verticals globally. This is a critical role to develop new revenue streams beyond e‑bike sales. You will own and execute the strategy for Equip, a vertical dedicated to accessories and bike customization. You will have P&L responsibility and will work cross functionally with both internal partners (Product, Tech, Operations, Marketing) and external stakeholders to deliver solutions tailored to each market’s specific opportunities and challenges. The role is based in Paris, with travel across Europe (Germany, Belgium, Netherlands) and occasional trips to the US.

What you will do

• Own in full the Equip vertical of New Services that aims at offering Upway customers the best accessory and customization options


• Manage and own Equip P&L and associated performance targets


• Develop strong relationships with Pan-European and American suppliers to enable performant sourcing


• Build efficient operational processes with local teams to optimize stock management, packaging time and delivery experience


• Work closely with Marketing teams to better sales strategy and performance


• Collaborate with Tech & Product to develop new features that will improve the overall performance of your vertical and increase customer satisfaction

What you will need

• Strong academic background in engineering, finance, business or similar


• 2 - 4 years of experience in Operations, Finance, Strategy Consulting or equivalent


• Fluency in English. French is not required


• Stellar problem-solving skills: strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at extracting actionable insights from data.


• Strong communication and leadership skills: ability to work cross functionally with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver large transverse projects


• Deeply customer-centric, always striving to enhance the Upway experience


• Genuinely curious and willing to learn and test many ideas


• Comfort with working in a fast‑paced and changing environment


• Ability to build simple automation tools with proficiency on AI
