Upway, the leading marketplace for certified refurbished e-bikes, is hiring a New Services Manager to lead the Equip vertical globally from Paris. You will own P&L, define strategy, and collaborate with Product, Tech, Operations and Marketing to tailor solutions for markets across Europe and beyond.

This role requires a strong engineering/finance/business background, 2–4 years in operations or strategy, fluent English, and a customer‑centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background in engineering, finance, or business.
• 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Finance, Strategy Consulting or equivalent.
• Fluency in English; French is not required.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven insights.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for cross-functional work.
• Customer-centric mindset and curiosity to test ideas.

Responsabilités

• Own in full the Equip vertical of New Services and associated P&L.
• Develop and execute the strategy for equipment and customization options.
• Build relationships with suppliers across Europe and the US.
• Design efficient processes for stock, packaging, and delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Tech and Product to boost performance.
