Amazon is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for Southern Europe (France, Italy, Spain) to act as the single electrical authority for our Delivery Station network. Based in Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, or Milan, you will drive standards, oversee technology projects, and upskill field engineers without direct reports.

You will own a 3-year electrical roadmap, ensure safety and performance, and collaborate with design, construction, and central engineering across Europe, with 20–25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level electrical engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Significant experience in electrical engineering within industrial, logistics, or infrastructure environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects across multiple sites and countries.
• Experience influencing and delivering results through others without direct line management.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); proficiency in at least one of French, Italian, or Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Define the electrical strategy for future Delivery Stations and lead upstream electrical engineering for new site installations and technology deployments.
• Own the 3-year technology roadmap (electrical scope) and ensure readiness of emerging technologies across the Southern Europe network.
• Upskill field teams on electrical standards and processes through training programs across three countries.
• Drive cross-regional knowledge sharing with counterparts in the UK and Central/Northern Europe to scale innovations.
• Contribute to RME Leadership Team priorities, participate in strategic planning, and support growth and safety governance.
