Medtronic, a global leader in healthcare technology, seeks a Training & Education Manager to drive robotics training across Western Europe. You will design and deploy programs for new hires and support field management in sales and services.

The role requires travel up to 50% and collaboration with global/regional teams to standardize curricula. The ideal candidate has clinical or sales training experience, excellent communication, and the ability to coach teams in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years combined experience in two or more of the following: medical device sales/marketing, clinical, training delivery or related areas.
• Strong commercial acumen and enthusiasm for training and development.
• Knowledge of field sales structures, processes and culture.
• Experience navigating a global matrix organization.
• Excellent spoken and written English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify training needs by collaborating with regional stakeholders to map skills gaps.
• Design and develop training courses aligning with organizational goals; balance standardization and customization.
• Deliver clinical and technical content using blended, synchronous and asynchronous methods.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and feedback to measure learning outcomes.
• Foster cross-department collaboration to enhance communication and continuous improvement.
