Job summary

Behaviorally is seeking a Director of Insights to lead the EU function across Europe, based in Paris or London. This strategic role shapes team culture, processes, and client impact, delivering rigorous research and actionable recommendations.

You will partner with global leaders, drive AI-enabled insights, oversee cross-market delivery, and coach senior analysts to raise standards. Strong executive presence and change leadership are essential to scale our insights work across markets.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in market research, insights delivery, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading cross-market or multi-office teams across EU markets.
• Proven ability to drive operational change and transformation.
• Experience applying AI/automation to improve research quality, speed, or scalability.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Deep understanding of FMCG/CPG insights and client impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EU Delivery function with accountability for team performance and delivery across markets.
• Oversee capacity planning, project allocation, and workloads regionally.
• Develop the team through coaching, performance management, and capability building.
• Build consistency and collaboration across teams and locations while addressing local needs.
• Act as senior advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, shaping account plans and recommendations.
