Job summary

EY is seeking a Talent Advanced Analytics Lead in Paris to shape and deliver our Talent Intelligence and analytics strategy. You will drive AI-powered insights, data products, and workforce optimization for global leaders.

You will build scalable analytics capabilities, govern data standards, and partner with Talent and Technology teams to enable evidence-based decisions with measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, statistics, CS, economics or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in Talent Analytics, Workforce Planning or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Talent Intelligence strategy across global leaders.
• Lead development of AI-powered talent insights and data products.
• Collaborate with technology teams to deploy scalable analytics platforms.
• Translate complex workforce data into executive-ready narratives.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across global and offshore settings.
