Job summary

Ingenio is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to elevate financial, product, and marketing performance across its EU brand portfolio. You’ll connect data from local and international systems to deliver a trusted performance view and partner with leadership to drive growth.

Paris-based, 3 days in the office weekly, collaboration with Product and Marketing teams. You will analyze revenue, engagement, retention, and monetization, and develop dashboards to guide strategy and execution across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience analyzing marketplace operations, revenue analytics, product analytics, marketing analytics, consulting, finance, or business strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• Exceptional skills in Google Sheets, Excel, Slides, Powerpoint, data extraction and analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Tableau/Data visualization expertise. Familiarity with Python and/or R is a plus.
• Experience with fragmented or legacy data environments across multiple systems.
• Experience in revenue, customer behavior, and marketplace dynamics analysis.
• Proven ability to present findings to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis of brand results: Revenue, Engagement, Retention, and supply/demand behavior.
• Connect and reconcile data across local and international systems for a unified European view.
• Present insights to executives and drive accountability and growth.
• Collaborate with Marketplace Success to boost retention and monetization; sellers' utilization and revenue.
• Analyze product usage and user behavior to inform feature development and onboarding improvements.
• Evaluate marketing campaigns across channels; assess attribution and ROAS with Marketing teams.
• Proactively explore data to generate actionable insights and advocate value-adding strategies.
• Maintain dashboards and decks tracking KPIs for marketplace, product, and marketing impact.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify issues and opportunities based on data.
