UNIQLO is seeking a Retail HR Business Partner in Paris to partner with Store Operations and the HR and Labour Law team. You will deliver HR services for our store population, coach managers, and ensure French labour law compliance.

The role requires strong retail HR generalist experience, bilingual French/English, and travel to regional stores 2-3 times a month. You'll report to Senior HR Manager and work in a hybrid setup with time in-store and at the Paris office, contributing to workforce

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR Management, Business, or a related field.
• Retail HR experience is preferred.
• Experience in a global or international business environment is beneficial.
• Strong relationship-building and coaching skills.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken, written and reading).

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day HR support to store operations teams in their area.
• Ensure HR policies and tools are applied in stores with local legal compliance.
• Participate in defining store organization and recruitment campaigns.
• Support training plans, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Act as a coach to line managers and handle employee relations.
