SHINING 3D Latam is seeking a sales professional to drive adoption of dental digital solutions across the EU. You will conduct clinical product demonstrations, train dental professionals, and showcase workflow integration of intraoral scanners and CAD/CAM systems.

You will build relationships with KOLs and clinical decision-makers, provide post‑sales support during evaluation, and coordinate regional activities such as roadshows and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in dental, medical, or life sciences preferred.
• 2–3 years sales experience in dental or medical devices with clinical focus.
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows in dentistry (intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM, digital impressions).
• Proactive, self-driven with strong account management and customer service mindset.
• Willingness to travel within the EU; fluent in English; other EU languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales of SHINING 3D's dental digital solutions to dental clinics, hospitals, and clinical institutions across the EU market.
• Conduct clinical product demonstrations and hands-on training sessions for dental professionals, showcasing the clinical benefits and workflow integration of our digital dentistry solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical decision-makers to drive adoption and advocacy.
• Provide clinical and technical support to customers during the evaluation and post-sales period, ensuring successful integration into clinical workflows.
• Collect and analyze market and industry intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute regional sales activities, including roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and the development of KOLs and KOCs.
• Collaborate with distributors and partners to ensure effective sales execution and customer support across the EU.
• Stay updated on clinical trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in the dental and medical device sectors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher (dental, medical, or life sciences background strongly preferred).
• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the dental or medical device industry, with proven track record in clinical sales or dental digital solutions.
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows in dentistry, including intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM, and digital impression techniques.
• Proactive, self-driven, and action-oriented with strong market development, customer acquisition, and account management skills.
• Goal-focused with a high achievement orientation; strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (additional EU languages such as German, French, or Spanish are a strong plus).
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required.
