SHINING 3D is seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to drive commercial growth of our digital dental workflows. This hybrid role bridges technical expertise and sales execution across distributors and clinicians.

You will train partners, present CAD/CAM and medical device solutions, and help customers adopt our Scan-Design-Print workflow, while collaborating with Marketing, Product and R&D to deliver clinical value.

Travel is required to support regional accounts and events.

Qualifications

Proven track record in B2B sales or business development.
Solid understanding of digital dental workflows and CAD/CAM tech is a plus.
Master-level degree in Business Administration or Dentistry.
Ability to train distributors and clinicians on complex solutions.
Fluent French and professional English for international coordination.

Responsabilités

Support strategic sales opportunities through meetings, consultations, demos, and training.
Drive clinical adoption by educating customers on digital workflows.
Develop clinical training programs for distributors and end-users.
Build relationships with KOLs and clinicians to boost credibility and growth.
Provide technical and workflow consultations to distributors and customers.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and assist distributors with key accounts.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and R&D to create clinical content and events.
