SHINING 3D is seeking a results-driven sales specialist to expand adoption of its dental digital solutions across EU clinics, hospitals, and institutions. You will lead clinical demonstrations, drive digital workflows, and tailor proposals to customer needs.

Travel frequently, build relationships with KOLs and decision-makers, and provide post-sales clinical and technical support to ensure smooth integration into workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in dental, medical, or life sciences.
• 2–3 years sales experience in dental or medical devices.
• Knowledge of intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM and digital impression techniques.
• Proactive, self-driven with strong market development and account management skills.
• Excellent English; additional EU languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales of SHINING 3D's dental digital solutions to EU markets.
• Conduct clinical product demonstrations and hands-on training sessions.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and clinical decision-makers.
• Provide clinical and technical support during evaluation and post-sales.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence for sales and marketing strategies.
• Plan regional sales activities, roadshows, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with distributors and partners for sales execution.
• Stay updated on clinical trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
