SHINING 3D is seeking a results-driven sales specialist to expand adoption of its dental digital solutions across EU clinics, hospitals, and institutions. You will lead clinical demonstrations, drive digital workflows, and tailor proposals to customer needs.

Travel frequently, build relationships with KOLs and decision-makers, and provide post-sales clinical and technical support to ensure smooth integration into workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in dental, medical, or life sciences.
• 2–3 years sales experience in dental or medical devices.
• Knowledge of intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM and digital impression techniques.
• Proactive, self-driven with strong market development and account management skills.
• Excellent English; additional EU languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Description du poste

• Drive sales of SHINING 3D's dental digital solutions (intraoral scanners, dental 3D scanners, and digital workflow solutions) to dental clinics, hospitals, and clinical institutions across the EU market.
• Conduct clinical product demonstrations and hands-on training sessions for dental professionals, showcasing the clinical benefits and workflow integration of our digital dentistry solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical decision-makers to drive adoption and advocacy.
• Provide clinical and technical support to customers during the evaluation and post-sales period, ensuring successful integration into clinical workflows.
• Collect and analyze market and industry intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute regional sales activities, including roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and the development of KOLs and KOCs.
• Collaborate with distributors and partners to ensure effective sales execution and customer support across the EU.
• Stay updated on clinical trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in the dental and medical device sectors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher (dental, medical, or life sciences background strongly preferred).
• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the dental or medical device industry, with proven track record in clinical sales or dental digital solutions.
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows in dentistry, including intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM, and digital impression techniques.
• Proactive, self-driven, and action-oriented with strong market development, customer acquisition, and account management skills.
• Goal-focused with a high achievement orientation; strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (additional EU languages such as German, French, or Spanish are a strong plus).
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required.
