Job summary

REFY is seeking an EU Field and Education Manager to support its brand presence, education delivery, and retail execution across Europe. Based in Paris, you will coordinate Sephora education initiatives, deliver training, and build strong relationships with Sephora stakeholders across launch markets.

You will lead in-store education across Europe with initial focus on France and Italy, expanding to Germany and Iberia as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in prestige beauty retail, education or field roles.
• Proven leadership across multi-country teams.
• Excellent French and English communication with additional languages a plus.
• Strong relationships with retailers (e.g., Sephora EU network).

Responsibilities

• Act as REFY brand representative across Sephora EU, ensuring in-store standards.
• Deliver education programmes and masterclasses across European stores.
• Coordinate education & training activities across EU markets, starting with France and Italy.
• Travel regularly to Paris, Rome, Milan and other priority cities.
• Monitor field execution, sales performance and training coverage across doors.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reporting on store visits and market insights.
