• 6+ years’ luxury beauty sales and/or education experience.
• Fragrance background.
• Excellent English communication (oral & written).

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Digital-savvy.
• Ability to travel extensively depending on global needs.

Responsibilities

• Translate global brand and marketing strategies into education programs aligned with product launches and retail execution.
• Lead development and implementation of global Education & Retail Excellence strategies for client experience and selling ceremony.
• Drive launches with training toolkits, learning assets, and Education materials on schedule.
• Create innovative education tools focused on product knowledge, storytelling and customer experience.
• Partner with Global Marketing, Business Dev & OO, IM/PR, Merchandising and local markets for a 360° approach.
• Build relationships with local markets to adapt and implement tools.
• Advance digital education via mobile learning and new formats.
• Monitor Education KPIs and optimize programs and processes.
• Oversee project management: timelines, budget, assets, delivery and optimization.
• Contribute to defining Global Education identity, vision and operating methods.
• Lead and inspire a team of two, with clear objectives and growth support.
