Sephora is seeking an Intern Launch Coordinator Assistant Makeup EU to support product launches across markets. You will coordinate steps with brands, supply chain, and regulatory teams, and help manage retro-plans and trade marketing plans to optimize omnichannel visibility.

You are pursuing a Master’s degree, fluent in English, with strong organizational and communication skills, and a real interest in beauty. French is a plus and Excel is essential.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in a Business School or University, ideally with a specialization in Project Management.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• French is a plus; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Rigorous, highly organized and proactive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• First internship in project management or coordination is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor each step of the new product launch process with brands, country teams, Supply Chain, Master Data, Regulatory/Quality, and Finance.
• Develop and maintain retro-planning schedules for each brand and each launch.
• Proactively manage challenges that could affect launch dates and communicate adjustments.
• Contribute to the 2027 Christmas Cross-Functional Project Management initiatives with brands and markets.
• Participate in creation and validation of product assortments and trade marketing plans.
• Track makeup category trends.
