Airbus seeks an ERP Solution Owner to drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA manufacturing initiatives in Toulouse. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate complex SAP logic into business visuals, and push for a Fit-to-Standard approach across sites.

Expect frequent travel and a role that shapes digital supply chain transformation in aerospace. You bring a Master’s degree and 10+ years in regulated industries with 8+ years in ERP deployments, plus strong leadership and change management abilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, manufacturing engineering or logistics.
• 10+ years of experience in a complex, highly regulated industry.
• 8+ years of ERP deployment experience and SAP S/4HANA expertise.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end transformation of shop-floor requirements into supply chain and logistics processes.
• Act as content authority to ensure a Fit-to-Standard approach and limit bespoke developments.
• Translate SAP logic into clear business visuals to secure management buy-in.
• Reinvent end-to-end flows to support production ramp-up targets in aeronautics.
• Define the S/4HANA manufacturing product and support frequent travel.
