Airbus is seeking a Solution Owner / Integration Engineer in Toulouse to drive SAP-based end-to-end Supply Chain and ERP deployments within the Digital For Operation department. You will translate shop-floor needs, enforce standardization, and distill complex SAP logic into clear visuals for senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in regulated industries, strong SAP expertise, and a connector mindset across SAFe/Agile environments. English is mandatory, French/German a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP deployment experience in complex regulated industries.
• Advanced SAP knowledge, ideally S/4HANA.
• Connector mindset with SAFe/Agile methodologies.
• Strong change-management and stakeholder alignment skills.

Responsabilités

• Translate shop-floor operational needs into End-to-End SAP-based processes.
• Enforce Fit-to-Standard approach and minimize customization.
• Convert complex SAP logic into business-ready visualizations for stakeholders.
• Structure issues into Epics and influence deployment priorities.
• Foster collaboration between Information Management and production sites to deliver business value.
