You will architect complex migrations, drive Epics, and ensure value delivery on manufacturing sites while collaborating with digital teams and international stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years in ERP deployments, a CS/engineering/logistics background, and fluent English with ~20% travel.

Qualifications

Background in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics.
Minimum 10 years in complex, highly regulated industries (Aerospace, Automotive, Defense).
10+ years in ERP deployment, specifically SAP modules (ideally S/4HANA).
Proven SAFe/Agile experience and large-scale Change Management implementation.
Advanced English; French or German is a plus; travel ~20%.
