Job summary

Qualifications

• Academic background in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics.
• Min 10 years in high-regulation, complex industries with 8+ years ERP deployment.
• Advanced mastery of SAP S/4HANA (MM, SD, EWM).
• Fluency in English; French/German a plus; 20% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to translate shop-floor needs into end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes.
• Enforce a Fit-to-Standard SAP approach, minimizing local customizations.
• Translate SAP logic into business-driven visuals to secure executive buy-in.
• Redesign end-to-end flows to support aircraft production ramp-up targets.
• Partner with IM and site operations to balance standards with business value.
