Singulier in Paris is seeking an entry-level IT Support Specialist to provide friendly day-to-day support to colleagues across the group. You will be the first point of contact for common IT questions, helping users with devices, accounts and business apps.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, helpdesk or similar role.
• Practical understanding of Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with common productivity and collaboration tools.
• Structured approach to diagnosing problems and resolving them.
• Strong customer-service skills and clear communication.
• Fluent French and good working English.
• Ability to work from the Paris office.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line IT support for laptops, peripherals, printers, connectivity and common software issues.
• Respond to support requests clearly, professionally and within agreed priorities.
• Troubleshoot issues across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack and other business apps.
• Help colleagues with account access, passwords, MFA and permissions.
• Record support requests, actions taken and outcomes for recurring issues.
• Escalate incidents needing specialist or admin-level support with context.
• Assist setup for new joiners and access changes when roles change.
• Support secure return, preparation and handover of company devices.
• Maintain accurate local IT equipment view and assist with meeting-room tech.
• Follow IT security policies and data protection practices.
• Create simple user guidance and document processes for improvements.
• Support changes and migrations with user, device and local office prep.
