CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Customer Value Architect in France to drive onboarding, Falcon Flex adoption, and platform value realization while minimising churn.

You will work closely with sales and technical experts to maximize the customer's security investment, including post-investment executive business reviews with clients’ unique cybersecurity needs. The role requires up to 40% travel and fluency in English and French, with a background in enterprise account management, ROI

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French; advanced communication skills.
• Strong ability to resolve complex issues using professional concepts.
• Deep understanding of customer decision processes and business objectives.
• Proven track record in managing complex customer relationships and driving value.

Responsabilités

• Onboard customers and drive adoption of Falcon Flex and platform value.
• Partner with direct sales to expand within accounts and build executive relationships.
• Conduct business value analyses and EQBRs to demonstrate ROI and value realization.
• Manage renewal risk and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities with enterprise customers.
• Present at executive levels and guide adoption roadmaps across large accounts.
