Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in customer-facing, account management, project management, and ideally sales or consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Management, HR or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Achieve assigned strategic account objectives and establish strong, long-term client relationships.
• Create account strategies and plans for key customer accounts to achieve stated objectives.
• Attain or exceed sales quota by identifying customers’ challenges and aligning Cornerstone products to deliver value.
• Build and expand relationships within customer organisations to widen the footprint.
• Collaborate with other functions to ensure excellent delivery and the highest level of customer satisfaction.
