Job summary

DQE is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead and scale our B2B SaaS marketing function from Levallois-Perret. You will join the Executive Committee, define the go-to-market narrative, and align Product, Sales, and Communications around a differentiated market story.

You will own digital acquisition, build a data-driven funnel, and drive revenue through marketing-sourced pipeline. Lead an existing team and accelerate growth with AI-enabled strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS/tech marketing.
• Experience in product marketing and demand generation.
• Senior leadership experience (2-3 years).
• Fluent in English for international environment.
• Revenue-driven mindset focused on pipeline and bookings.
• Comfort with ambiguity in scale-up contexts.
• Experience moving fast with AI-enabled growth.

Responsibilities

• Define market positioning and narrative; align Product, Sales, and Communications around a differentiated story.
• Own the full digital acquisition chain: GEO/SEO/SEM, paid media, content, email, social, and web performance; build a data-driven funnel for pipeline.
• Lead and elevate the marketing team (Head of Growth, Content, Product Marketing); orchestrate launches, ABM, and partner co-marketing.
• Own marketing-sourced pipeline; measure, defend to the board, and be accountable for revenue contribution.
