Job summary

Telnyx LLC is building a Paris-based Enterprise Pod with AE and Forward Deployed Engineer to deliver production-grade AI and communications solutions on our global network. You will own technical discovery, architecture, POСs, and production go-live with enterprise customers, driving outcomes over product demos.

You will deploy and operate AI gateways, discuss architecture with executives, and collaborate with product teams to shape the roadmap for France.

Qualifications

• CS degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience shipping production software and being on-call.
• English and French communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise customers to map workflows and use cases.
• Build and deploy custom AI solutions using Telnyx APIs.
• Run POCs, pilots and production launches from whiteboard to go-live.
• Design model routing for real-time voice workloads and fallback behavior.
• Lead with customer outcomes and ensure a stable live deployment.
• Create technical documentation and runbooks for handoff.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to shape the roadmap.
