Telnyx is building a France-focused enterprise sales pod, pairing an Enterprise AE with a Forward Deployed Engineer to turn a 30–40 account list into production Telnyx customers. You’ll develop executive relationships with CIOs/CTOs, close multi‑million deals, and lead with production outcomes such as AI contact centers and global communications.

Formación

• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in French markets (CPaaS/UCaaS/CCaaS, telecom, AI/ML or similar).
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding $1M+ annual deals.
• Experience selling to both executive and technical buyers.
• Hunter mentality with ability to build own pipeline and outbound in person.
• Strong consultative skills with clear ROI storytelling for technical and business buyers.

Responsabilidades

• Own a territory of 30–40 named enterprise accounts across France, with ~10 Tier 1 accounts worth $1M+ potential.
• Build executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, and business leaders.
• Run full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, design architecture with FDE, negotiate, close.
• Sell production outcomes, not individual products, focusing on deploying AI agents and production workloads.
• Agree commercial destination before any custom work starts; avoid free discovery or development.
• Maintain POC discipline: sponsor, success criteria, production pricing, decision date, signed document.
• Expand accounts from initial workload to additional workloads and larger customers.
• Build local references and case studies across Paris and key cities.
• Provide accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting; minimize surprises.
