Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned business development leader to drive strategic accounts and expand partnerships in large organizations. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from discovery to closing, and collaborate with data teams to address client needs.

The role requires a proven track record in consulting or tech consultancy, deep knowledge of data and AI challenges, and the ability to engage C-level executives as well as technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of business development experience in a consulting firm (pure consulting or tech consultancy) — not in startups or software vendors.
• Proven track record: opened accounts, built pipeline, and closed deals across long sales cycles.
• Active network of decision-makers (CDOs, CIOs/IT Directors, business unit leaders) within large organizations.
• Comfortable engaging at the C-level as well as diving into technical details with data teams.
• Solid understanding of Data & AI challenges — you should already be familiar with concepts like data lakes and LLMs.
• Fluent in English (for international clients and partners).
