Job summary

SYS.ONLINE is building autonomous AI agents and seeks an Enterprise CS/TAM to manage post-sale relationships with large accounts, driving adoption of 2501 agents and bridging business with technical teams.

You will reduce churn by ensuring customer success, spotting risks early, and collaborating with product/engineering to shape the roadmap. Remote EU role with CET core hours, competitive equity, and growth opportunities.

2501 builds autonomous AI agents that operate directly in the shell to complete real production tasks - not just synthetic evals. What you’ll do

• Own post-sale relationships with our largest enterprise accounts - banking, telco, and large IT organizations.
• Drive adoption and expansion of 2501 agents inside complex infrastructure environments.
• Be the bridge between the business and the technical teams, translating goals into outcomes.
• Reduce churn by making customers wildly successful and spotting risk before it grows.
• Partner with product and engineering to feed real customer signal back into the roadmap.

Who you are

• Enterprise CS or TAM background in infrastructure, DevOps, or observability.
• Technical enough to talk shop with SRE and platform teams.
• Calm and credible under enterprise pressure, with a track record of growing accounts.
• Bilingual French & English speaker and based in or near Paris. (Please don’t apply if you don’t have the right to work in France, we are not offering visa sponsorship for this role and language requirements are mandatory)
• Startup or tech scaleup experience would be a plus, you need a high degree of autonomy and ownership

Not for you if

• You want a purely reactive support-desk role.
• You’d rather not get hands-on with technical infrastructure conversations.
