2501.ai in Paris is seeking a Senior Technical Lead for pre-sales and post-sales engagements. You will scope customer environments and design agent deployments that fit each infrastructure, run POCs, and integrate with observability stacks.

You will be the trusted technical advisor bridging product and field, with strong DevOps/SRE background and the ability to demo and win technical trust from customers.

What you’ll do

• Be the technical lead across pre-sales and post-sales.
• Scope customer environments and design 2501 agent deployments that fit their infrastructure.
• Run POCs and pilots, and integrate with customer infra and observability stacks.
• Be the trusted technical advisor who bridges product and the field.

Who you are

• Strong infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE background.
• Customer-facing - you can architect, demo, and win technical trust.
• You bridge product and field naturally.
• Bilingual French & English speaker and based in or near Paris. Please don’t apply if you don’t have the right to work in France, we are not offering visa sponsorship for this role and language requirements are mandatory
• Startup or tech scaleup experience would be a plus
• You fully embrace new ways of coding using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools
• High ownership and willing to go the extra mile to get things done.

Not for you if

• You want pure IC coding with no customer contact.
• You dislike context-switching between deep tech and customer conversations.
• Want a strict 9-5. There are some moments when you will need to push a bit harder.
