Alan SA is hiring an Onboarding Manager in France to ensure seamless transitions for our biggest clients during onboarding. You will build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, train HR and Payroll admins on Alan's dashboard, and coordinate changes across internal teams.

In this role you will lead workshops, manage payroll integration and billing setup, and drive process improvements. Fluency in French and English, strong communication, empathy, and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum customer-facing experience in B2B settings.
• Excellent French writing and bilingual English skills.
• Able to train admins and facilitate onboarding workshops.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Comfort with digital tools and cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding workshops for new clients.
• Provide hands-on training for HR and Payroll admins on Alan's dashboard.
• Coordinate with Key Account, CS, Ops, Sales, Care, and Eng teams.
• Identify and resolve onboarding challenges proactively.
