Alan is hiring an Onboarding Manager in France to ensure a seamless transition for our biggest clients during onboarding. You’ll build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and lead onboarding workshops, training HR and Payroll admins on Alan's dashboard.

You’ll coordinate payroll integration, employee affiliation, and billing setup, collaborating with account managers, CS, Ops, Sales, Care, Pre‑Sales and Engineering to address issues proactively.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, teaching, or communication.
• Autonomous and capable of organizing in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with complex topics and strong studies.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding workshops and provide hands-on training for HR and Payroll admins on Alan's dashboard.
• Manage payroll integration, employee affiliation, and billing setup.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers, Customer Success, Ops, Sales, Care, Pre-Sales and Engineering to optimize onboarding.
