Mistral is hiring for an early member of the Partner Team in Paris to drive adoption of our enterprise AI platform. You will work with Partner and GTM teams to enable partners, onboard platform updates, and scale enablement efforts across technical and sales teams.

You will implement and integrate models with customer infrastructures, align deployments with customer requirements, and liaise with product teams to share feedback for improvements. Strong Python and cloud knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Strong Python development skills and ability to integrate data from multiple sources.
• Experience with cloud architectures and deployment patterns for AI/ML solutions.
• Experience partnering with large technology cloud or platform providers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading solution design workshops and translating business requirements into technical specs.
• Track record of managing complex implementation projects from discovery to delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and business audiences.

Responsabilités

• Drive pre-sale and sales activities with partners and GTM teams; create assets for partner enablement portal.
• Test and document newly deployed models and features; provide actionable feedback to engineering.
• Help deploy text completion APIs into customer infrastructures; support model fine-tuning.
• Develop custom features for customers and guide deployments with partners and customers.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to relay customer feedback and propose improvements.
• Support continuous customer and partner success post-deployment.
