Zendesk is seeking a Senior Platform Architect to steer the technical strategy of our AI-powered Resolution Platform for large enterprise customers. You will design next‑generation service solutions and act as a trusted advisor to the enterprise sales team, driving proofs of concept and technical wins.

You will lead cross‑functional delivery, architect integrations with MCP and iPaaS, and guide knowledge graphs and security for scalable AI deployments across Zendesk Copilot implementations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise systems or solutions architecture, technical presales, or IT consulting.
• Experience architecting and deploying generative AI solutions, prompt engineering, RAG frameworks, and agentic AI reasoning systems.
• Advanced expertise with RESTful APIs, JSON, web services, data modeling, and MCP configurations.

Responsabilités

• Provide executive technical guidance to sales and customers, communicating complex architectures and business value of AI.
• Drive Proofs of Concept (POCs) and technical wins to support expansion opportunities and bookings.
• Lead integration design, security, and deployment across Zendesk AI platform and external systems.
