Zendesk seeks a Senior Platform Architect to guide enterprise customers in using the AI-powered Zendesk Resolution Platform. You will design scalable service solutions and act as a technical advisor to sales teams, driving proofs of concept and technical wins.

You will lead strategic technical discussions, architect integrations, and ensure secure, scalable deployments across complex environments with a focus on autonomous service workflows and data‑driven outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years in enterprise solutions architecture or related field.
Experience architecting generative AI solutions and RAG frameworks.
Expertise with RESTful APIs, JSON, data modeling, MCP configs.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP and iPaaS.
Knowledge of SSO, OAuth and data privacy for AI systems.
Frontend basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS architectures.

Responsabilités

Lead strategic discussions with executives, translating AI concepts into business value.
Drive ARR and pipeline via strategic discovery and complex POCs.
Showcase Zendesk headless capabilities and enterprise integrations.
Design and deploy agentic workflows with Zendesk tooling to reach high automation.
Architect integrations from Zendesk to external AI platforms and apps.
Leverage Context Graph and Knowledge Graph for enterprise data ecosystems.
Coordinate handoffs between presales and post‑sales teams for AI deployments.
Act as SME on Zendesk security, scalability, and Copilot deployments.
Collaborate with Product to feed back into future AI roadmap.
