Job summary

Mistral is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to lead the adoption and deployment of AI solutions for industrial enterprises. You will work with senior executives to design roadmaps, collaborate with the Applied AI team, and ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales.

In this role you will architect end-to-end AI solutions, own pilots, and drive value realization through KPI monitoring. A strong client-facing, strategic mindset and hands-on AI deployment experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role (e.g., data science consulting, value engineering, technical sales)
• Solid foundations in AI/ML/Data Science with credible advising ability
• Executive presence and strong communication skills with VP/C-level stakeholders
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications (Python/JavaScript)

Responsibilities

• Strategic discovery & vision setting: lead executive workshops to identify business challenges and opportunities
• Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers and articulate a clear path to value
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions and integrate models into customer workflows
• Own pilots and proofs-of-value to demonstrate potential and enable scalable deployments
• Monitor KPI outcomes with executive sponsors and identify expansion opportunities
• Travel 30–60% to foster client relationships and support on-site deployments
